I LOVE BIKRAM SLC!. The instructors are very knowledgeable, attentive, and well educated. You will get way more out of a Bikram class than any other type of yoga. This place is a gem in Sugarhouse!

The Best. I LOVE this yoga studio! The teachers are excellent and you will learn a lot no matter which class you attend. Most all of the teachers make an effort to learn student names rather than resort to "you in the black shorts and top" type identification. They encourage newer students, or even long-time students who progress more slowly. Overall it is a very respectful and positive environment. Additionally the owner really cares about maintenance of the facility (ie cleaning the carpets, the heat, the lights), the quality of the classes (she attends classes too), and yes ... about the students many of whom she chats with before and after classes even if she's not teaching. The energy in the studio is very exhilarating and the teaching staff as well as those at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I have never seen anything but the utmost professionalism from the teachers. This studio is the standard for best practices in studio management and student development. Several from this studio who started as students are now teachers here.

i found this quote very fitting.
The room is heated and you will sweat profusely.
The effects of this yoga are astounding.
My back was in serious shape, operations were becoming necessary.
After 2 months I KNOW this is the way to lifelong ENTIRE body repair.
I have done yoga all over Utah for years. None of them helped heal my body like Bikram.
It cleanses and detoxifies you, similar to a sweat lodge.
Just amazing.
