The staff at RC Automotive are very very helpful and honest. Im currently over in Germany which in most cases makes buying a vehicle even more difficult, but with the help of this great company my car buying experience was quick, painless, and amazing. I had the best service with Barry. He went out of his way , got me to work, washed my car. Go see Barry! Carl the service manager had impeccable service and was sensitive to cost and didn't oversell or try to get me to buy something I didn't need. Awesome group! I tell everyone to go to RC.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! SHOP A MORE REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP! We drove all the way up from Arizona to purchase a car we RC Auto had advertised on the internet. They told us they had the car checked out by their onsite service and they found no issues. WRONG!! After purchasing our Porsche from RC Auto we drove it less than 5 hours before the check engine light came on. It turned our to be an emissions problem forcing us to spend an additional $800.00+ to get it fixed so it was drivable. When I called to complain I was led to believe they would stand behind their car and fix it but instead was told that the OWNER CHRIS said he didn't make enough profit off me to stand behind his vehicle and I was on my own to pay for the repair. They may have been in business for 5 generations but I doubt they will make it to the 6th treating customers so poorly.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!. Had a deal done over the phone for a week and bought a plane ticket from Vegas to pick up the M3 and the owner sold the car out from under me 2 days before I was to arrive. He knew I was coming and I didn't get so much as a courtesy call. It looks like they are good at selling cars out from under people (read other reviews!)! Now, I am stuck without a car and a non refundable plane ticket. Looks like these guys don't need loyal customers. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Absoulety the best folks to buy a car from!. Truely you can not ask for a better group of folks to be on your side when it comes to purchasing a car. As many of you have experienced the car salesman attitude this was not found by us at Rc Auto. Rick and Chris were especially helpful. My fiancee had discovered that her car she had bought from another local dealership was not what it was supposed to be and infact had been dealt with very dishonestly by this other dealership. Rick and Chris at Rc Auto were very appauled and went more than above and beyond their duty to help us. When it looked bleak for us to be able to trade this vehicle in they pulled off a miracle and helped us not only get a good trade in but helped us get into another car that would be safe for us to drive. Not once was there pressure to buy and everything was stated clearly with the car we found, no hidden problems nor flat out lies about the vehicle. Rick even took the time to make sure that evertything was gone over about the car even showing us that the Vin # matched. Yes other dealers at least one my fiancee dealt with did not show her the right car fax with matching vin #, something one doesn't think to check when a car fax is given to you. We can't thank Rc Auto enough, we were treated like royalty and they made sure we were happy with the deal, no pressure sales at all. They will cont. to get our business for many years to come and we highly recommend Rc auto!

Best Car Purchasing Experience Ever. Finding a car had been a very difficult task for me. I was trading in my vehicle and was determined to get top $$$ out of it...Everywhere I looked I was getting low-balled and given terrible deals on the car's I was searching for. After many attempts to find a dealership that would work with me, I finally had arrived to RC automotive and was lucky enough to work with Brett Duncan. We talked about what I was interested in and the trade-in value of my truck. The first offer on my trade was nearly $1,500 greater than any other dealer had offered. They did not have anything that I was interested in stock, so Brett went out of his way for 2-weeks looking for the right car for me. He was very prompt in keeping me updated with what he had found and was able to find get a killer deal on exactly what I wanted. He was able to get everything set-up, got the car inspected, detailed, and made sure that it was good to go out the door. This is by far the best dealership that I have ever worked with, make sure that you ask for Brett Duncan, he will take care of you!
