Bloated Big-box joke. What an ignoble experience! High prices and half truths about the laptops and computers from quirky sales greenies. The hot laptop computer "on ad" I looked for are not in stock (they had a pink one). Try calling their line and its a recording, not the real store you are calling and they'll call you back in an hour. Try smaller computer outlets like Software and More or Video Wholesale Services in Holladay. MUCH Better service!

Much improved. Years ago I had a terrible experience at this store and vowed never to come back. Well, on getting a gift card, I came back. The customer service has improved so much there, it doesn't even seem like the same place. I have no problem shopping there. They even say hello when you come in, and thanks when you pay. What a concept!

I would say, though, to skip any interaction with the Geek Squad whatsoever. They, for the most part, have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and the service there is a joke. The only way to ever get something fixed is to straight to a manager. That mars an otherwise good review.
