Honestly, I felt so pressured when I went into the Riverdale PC laptops store! I've never had such a pushy salesmen! (not just one pushy sales guy trying to take advantage, but two!) They wouldn't tell me the prices until I answered all their questions. Plus, they advertise no credit check, when um, yeah they do....so...false advertising. Not impressed at all!!! Will NEVER go there again!

PC Laptops is horrible! Last week our computer had a virus and kept crash dumping. We called them and they said we had to bring it in. They said there were eight other computers in front of ours, and it probably wouldn't be done for about a week. We said okay, and brought it to them. A week later, we call to see if it's ready and they haven't even started working on it. They're said it should be done in a couple of days. So a couple of days later, we call and they just keep giving us excuses and excuses. They told us that to fix the problem, they would have to wipe the hard drive clean. A whole other week later, we bring it home. All of our data had been erased. Everything! And it kept crashing. They didn't even fix the problem. So we bring it back to them and they put half of our data back on and it still crashes. They didn't do anything!! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Absolutely appalling! They are disrespectful to customers, and blatantly lie to your face. One of the worst stores I have ever been to.

PC Laptops is better than awesome! I had a Totally Awesome Computer Brand desktop computer that I bought. Totally awesome went away and PC Laptops took over my lifetime service warranties. WOW That computer got old and died I bought a PC Laptop Decimator with 2 video cards!! It’s perfect! It has duel video cardpower to run all my games at full settings and it comes with the lifetime service and parts warranty. I will never buy another computer again anywhere else!! These guys are excellent. If Dan the laptop man reads this I love your computers and staff! If your reading this check these guys out! I'm going to copy and paste this in a few other places so more people can read it!! Yay yay yay

Their ad says "We can fix any laptop." So I call & am quoted $149 to fix my HP. When I get in the store the guy doesn't look at my machine. "Those are disposable," he says. He won't talk about my machine & leads me to the new ones. He says, "We charge 2 or 3 times more than the big box stores." I ask a third time for someone to look at my computer. He just shows me another new one & ignores my request completely. I leave. I go six blocks away to an independent, locally-owned store. They fix my machine, give it to me the next day. Cost: $75. It works like new. Based on my experience, PC Laptop does NOT repair laptops. They are only interested in selling new ones at two or three times retail.

Just wanted to tell you what good service I received the other day with a data loss problem I was having with my pc I had bought a year ago. I dropped my laptop and it would not turn on. I brought in and they had it working in minutes. The PC Laptops store is the best and helped me tremendously. Thank you Nicole

My laptop is an HP and I got a very bad virus I couldn't get rid of. I messaged PC Laptops on Facebook and Zach took very good care of me and assured me they could fix it. He followed up the next day to make sure I was able to get into a store. I took my computer in and I got my computer back the next day, sooner than I expected. He also recommended the Esset NOD32 and they installed it on my computer so this won't happen again. The whole staff was friendly and was an amazing first experience. I will now be a PC Laptops customer for life.

these guys were awesome! they totally helped me with my computer and cell phone stuff and spent as much time as we needed to without complaining. they were really helpful and showed me exactly what to do so I could do it myself as well. Absolutley go to the guys at PC LAPTOPS. best utah computer store

It’s been approximately 3.5 years since I purchased a desktop tower computer from PC Laptops. I don’t usually complain or compliment bad or good purchases from computer companies. This is the exception. This is probably the best pc I’ve ever built or bought in my life and it still working great today. I had my 500gig hard drive start to fail and they actually gave me a credit toward a 2 terabyte drive. I was skeptical about the lifetime warranty on this gaming desktop but I am a true believer. As a software developer by profession I could easily build my own computers but the warranty makes it totally worth it. Cami

Bought a machine from them just one year ago. Hard drive failed yesterday and they will not replace it or fix it. Charging me another $150 for a replacement hard drive. They failed to recover any data from the prior machine and tell me they cannot recover data from this one either. Not at all what they advertise themselves as. If they cared so much, you would think they would live up to their word. I would not recommend them at all. I had a better time dealing with a big box store and received a product that lasted.

They over charge hundreds of dollars on their computers for what you're getting, even if you were to buy a very similar(or better with accidental damage) warranty on a computer elsewhere. Be aware they only have a lifetime warranty on parts, after their regular 'wear and tear' warranty(5 years) expires you'll have to pay for labor yourself, and they don't distinguish between wear and tear and accidental damage when you buy the laptop, you've got to read the fine print carefully.
