fantastic to work with. WOW these guys were the best... I have a probplem keeping up with all the computer stuff but PC laptops keep my computers and all the computeres in my house ( all Five) running safe and secure and IF I ever have a problem I know I can call Ryan or Rusty and get teh job done quick and secure with no surprises THEY are the best! Ryan and Rusty are great at keeping it real they can relate and talk to the teens in the house who are using the computers AND they can talk professionally to the adults in the house paying the bill when the computer does need work.couldnt ask for a better combination.

Stellar service and computers.. My art business depends on my PC Laptops computer. Recently, I dropped my laptop and damaged my back panel and my computer wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took the computer to PC Laptops and explained my situation. Without my computer my business is down. They really listened to me. I am sorry for raising my voice as I was extremely stressed. They called me within an hour and told me that I had just knocked a cable loose and to come pick it up. I am back in business. That's what I call customer satisfaction!

I have purchased three PCL laptops. My first one with windows 98 still works great! It is because of the kind people and stellar service that I will continue to recommend your business to associates, friends and family.

Satisfied customer for 11 years.. PC Laptops is absolutely the best company in the world. This is my fourth computer I have purchased from them over the last 11 years and I couldn't be happier. I ordered the Titan and absolutely love it!. My power supply malfunctioned on my PC Laptops Desktop 3 years after I purchased it and Nephi the tech had it replaced for free in one day. I have to say that PC Laptops is the only company that I feel completely at ease with in paying thousands of dollars for a product and know I'm getting my money's worth. I will never go back to any other company for my computer needs. Take that Dell and HP! PC Laptops has a customer for life!!!!!

Happy Customer for Over 4 Years!!!. I have owned my laptop from PC Laptops for over 4 years!!! It is still running great!! Anytime I do something horrible to my poor laptop, PC Laptops fixes everything with increadible customer service!!!! I was recently hit with a horrible, terrible computer killing virus!! When my computer froze and crashed I didn't even panic. I felt comfort in knowing that I could take my computer in the next morning and PC Laptops would fix any issues I was having! While my computer was being fixed the PC Laptops Technician called me to keep me updated on the issues and status of my repairs! They are always patient with my questions and concerns and treat me with respect!! My computer was fixed in record time! The best part is, I didn't owe anything for bombing my own machine. They fixed it for free!! If there ever comes a time when I need a new computer or laprop I will definatly make my purchase with PC Laptops!!

Thanks PC Laptops. A couple weeks ago I was messing with some of the settings on my computer and somehow managed to make my screen go blank and wasn't able to change the settings back without being able to see what was going on. I decided to get on my wife's computer and sent Dan "The Laptop Man" an email on face book. I didn't think he'd respond but to my surprise within five minutes he got a hold of me and was able to get my display working again. Did I mention it was just after midnight? Thanks again Dan.

PC Laptops saved me. I bought a laptop from PC Laptops last year for work and dropped it by mistake. They put a new hard drive in and loaded all my files back on from my backup in one day. You guys are life savers. I’m coming in to buy one for my husband for Christmas because you guys saved my work.

Terrible customer service.. Went to make a purchase. Was told the wait would be 5 minutes. 5 minutes later told 5 more..then 5 more..eventually 40 minutes passed. People walking in after I was there were being helped before me and another lady who was even there before I was. Was told I could make the purchase finally then told they could not sell it to me nor give it to me without first authorizing it and inventory entry through warehouse.

I asked for the owners e-mail / phone number to clear this up - Was told to leave.

What a load of crap. If the owner knew ( or already does and doesnt care ) what these employees are doing to customers and they time people are waiting to make simple purchases - He would most likely be pissed...or not care either way - I will not be going back nor will I be recommending any of my friends or family. Too bad COMPUSA is gone =(

PC Laptops is awesome!. I bought my computer at PC Laptops for school. I have taken my computer in a few times for their free tuneup. It always runs like new after they do the tuneup. Thank you PC laptops for helping me make it run good. I am impressed. You guys are awesome!

PC Laptops is amazing!. I go into this store quite often just to browse whats new and awesome. I have never felt pressured to buy anything and always feel welcome. When I have bought from PC Laptops I feel well taken care of and am glad to know that my purchase is backed by a life time warranty. I have never been let down yet!

You get what you pay for. At PC Laptops you will initially pay more for a computer but in the long run you will come out ahead of other computer retailers. PC Laptops offers a free quarterly service where they scan for viruses and do a diagnostic test to make sure your computer is running in top shape. They also give me pointers and lessons on how to make better use of my computer. Ryan and Kyle are outstanding and are always helpful.
