Totally tremendous. PC Laptops geeks did a totally tremendous job on my broken laptop, which quit working last week. They went above and beyond the call of duty with computer. Happy New Year to the gang at PC Laptops Murray!!!!!

Great and Personal service at the Murray PC Lap Tops Store. I have been going to the Murray store for the last two years because I get prompt, curteous and patient service from everyone. This store is not the closest one to my home but worth traveling the extra distance. As I am not computer literate, Court and Nephi have ALWAYS treated me with respect and not belittled me for my lack of understanding. I have very few problems with my PC Laptop but when I do the people at the Murray store will either walk me through the solution on the phone or, if I have to bring it in, they fix whatever is wrong while I wait. I highly recommend coming to the Murray store for the excellenc of the product and the excellence of employee\s.

RIPOFF!! Avoid like the plague. I should have wrote this review awhile back. We purchased our laptop in Orem. We really wanted to love our laptop. For $1800, you really want to LOVE your laptop; it has been a problem basically since we brought it home. We have had it in so many times for problems and repairs, I cannot remember them all. We have had to have the motherboard replaced, and had to have the facing around the keyboard replaced, and it's still a piece of crap because you can't have any part of you touching the area outside of around the mouse area or the mouse flys off to another part of the screen, and sometimes it double clicks on something and you are off to another page. The price is marked up way too much, and no wonder there is lifetime warranty on some stuff, you have to keep bringing it in to be fixed. Also, you would think for $1800 you would get Microsoft Office included. We paid for 4 gigs, but apparently you can't use all 4 gigs on a 32 bit system, you can only use and should only buy 3 or you should get a 64 bit computer. This is just one of the instances we found to be misleading. We bought my daughter a laptop for $400, it runs much better than the laptop we bought from PCL, it has everything ours has and it has not broke down once, so far not one problem with it. We will never buy from PCL again nor recommend them to anyone. In fact, for our future problems, we will most likely take it to someone else for repairs; it's not worth the hassle to take it to PCL.

Dan the Man is also a fixit man. I emailed Dan the Man and he emailed me back within seconds. While I was typing a reply he called me out of the blue. I was stunned. We discussed my "problems" and we didn't agree on every point but he was completely fair and eventually we came to a mutual agreement and he asked if I was 110% percent happy with the solution and I agreed. I thanked him and was impressed that he took the time to call me. I know business is business but a personal touch like this goes a long way towards making them my preferred store as they once were. So , all in all everything is good to go from here and I hope I have an opportunity to interact with him or his outstanding staff or store. He fixes things as he promises.

Repair work or that lack there ov. I bought a warranty for my computer and needed to take it in for some work at the downtown location. The people there told me that they were busy but if I paid $75.00 for their express they would be able to get right on it. I went in a week later to find out and all of the employees were watching a game and laughing and not doing anything and told me again they were busy and hadn't gotten to my computer yet. I will never buy another computer from them or go back to them.

Good company, great products. I bought a gaming desktop from PClaptops a few years back for $2600. The thing ran like a champ. At the time I could have pieced the computer together for about about $2000 over the 3 years I had it Windows(Vista) crashed once which they repaired. I brought it in every year for it's check up and always had it returned in better condition.

For those of you who see the 3 - 5 day repair times as being too long please consider this: Having worked (briefly) for Toshiba and having experience buying from Dell, those turn around times are amazing. With the other two companies it's going to be a minimum of 3-5 days just to get the computer to the repair depot, 7 - 10 to fix and another 3 - 5 days to return. So a minimum of 2 weeks repair time(it's all in business days so probably longer). Not to mention the fact that the default warranty that comes with a PCLaptop repair usually cost $300 to $600 dollars for a limited time with another company. Besides Dan the PCLaptops man rocks.

WOW! I really mean EVERYTHING about PC Laptops is top notch!. WOW! I really mean EVERYTHING about PC Laptops is top notch. I have heard many things about the company and they have all praised the quality of hardware and service very highly, needless to say I had very high expectations of them. Whether communicating with them through over the phone or in person the knowledge and professionalism was always there. I?ve already recommend them to everyone I know.
