I've had my computer in for service @ the orem location only once before (it's a 5 year old computer that's still lightning fast), but this time, I was more blown away than the last! Ethan was the technician that helped me, aside from having awesome facial hair, he had my computer diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes! He even cleaned it, and carried it to my car for me! WTF who does that?! A stellar dude that works for the best computer company on the planet, that's who. Ethan, if you are reading this, I love you man.

Yeah, lifetime repairs if you are willing to wait 4 or 5 days to get any thing done... which is fine since you paid 3X for a computer that is not critical to your business operation or personal projects. Oh, but wait, they realize the importance of this computer for your business, so for just a small fee of $185 they will bump you up in line and have your computer be the next one serviced. Hay, but then again, you should have bought TWO computers if this hardware is critical to your business! I suggest buying TWO off the self computers for HALF of what a PC Laptop computer cost and invest the thousands you save in other area's of your business.

Outstanding service! I began my relationship with PC Laptops by filling out an inquiry on their website. I received a telephone call within minutes of the submission from Phil at the Orem store - closest to my home. I explained that I was ready to reenter the PC world after using a Mac for the past several years, and explained what I was looking for. I made an appointment to visit the Orem store to further discuss what I wanted in my new computer. Phil was very helpful and offered suggestions for my custom build machine. We agreed on a configuration, and I was told my custom laptop would be ready the next day. The new machine is performing beyond my expectations!

I did have an issue about 3 weeks after purchase where the built-in trackpad quit functioning. PC Laptops lived up to their warranty and replaced the defective assembly without question. I'm very happy with the knowledgable staff and the professionalism of the store. Though I expect this computer to last many years, I would not hesitate to buy my next machine from PC Laptops.

I just retired my 3 year old macbook and had a new PC Laptops epic laptop built for me. Now diablo 3 plays beautiful at full settings! Iâ??m so excited to play the new cod blackops2 the way it was meant to be played. Thanks guys for making these incredible computers. Alexio

IMO PC Laptops has the best techs in the industry. I have been a customer since 2005 and appreciate the time taken to get me up and running fast when I have a meltdown. The warranty is priceless. I wonâ??t go anywhere else. Thanks guys! Christy

I like the quick service. I was typing up an essay for my Biology class and all of a sudden my computer locked. I was panicking but then I went on my other computer and found these guys. I called them and they told me to bring it in right away. I was so impressed that he was able to recover my work and thankful. I like the quick service and the fact they are 2 minutes away.

Remorseful. I brought my PC to have a virus removed and the RAM upgraded. PC Laptop removed the virus just fine and installed the new RAM. After getting the system back, it began to crash every time it went to sleep or re-booted for the first time during a day. Returned to PC Laptop and they said it was my Windows XP causing the fault and they deactivated my 'sleep-mode'. They also relieved my concern about the new RAM saying it was good. I got my system back and it started to do the same thing so I brought back to PC Laptops for the 3rd time (2nd time for current issue). They then told me it was my video driver on the integrated mother board. It needed to have a new video card for $99. Now I have invested about $360 in repairs and upgrades on a 5 year old system, but if it works, then I have postponed buying a new computer for awhile. New card installed and back at home and it is still crashing and now the sound is dead.

I could take it back for a third time, but I don't trust them. I think I was misled; perhaps intentionally or not, but I will NEVER go back there. My suggestion to you is be very wary if you chose to go here. Better yet, try someplace else. Also if your system is older as mine is, consider going to Best Buy, Cost-Co, or just about any other place and look at replacing your system rather than fixing it. For $200 more than I put into my crashing computer, I could have gotten a new system. I now wish I had.

Amazing Service. I started going to PC Laptops for service on my Dell computer. These guys are different from the rest. They took the time to explain things to me without making me feel dumb. Court and David are amazing employees and I would recommend this company to anybody.
