The food is okay but do not work here!. For being a chain this food is pretty good all the way around.

However if you are thinking about working here DONT DO IT. There is more bull crap here than the ranch the beef was raised on. Breaks????? What is a break? I know alot of the employees here and they will work a double or a good 12 hours straight through and managment will not give them a single break. You will find alot of politics here. If you do something the managment doesnt like or put them out any way (like taking a vacation or needing a day off) you will be punished. You will not get caterings or deliverys you will be the first one in and the last one cut. The managment here truely has a complete lack of respect for its employees..... at least now you have been warned.

Now a national phenomenon, the restaurants cater to diners who dig into finger-licking-tasty meat. The menu features chopped pork, Texas brisket, baby back ribs and fire-kissed chicken slathered with signature sauces like vinegary Georgia Mustard. Entrees, some of which arrive atop a garbage can lid, come with corn on the cob, drunken apples, baked beans or slaw.

Great Customer Service, Great Food. I've enjoyed Famous Dave's for a few years now, particularly their large Family Feast which includes delicious brisket, amazing sauces, tender ribs, corn on the cob (which could be better), corn bread (which is just fine), and the most delicious barbequed beans I've ever had. When I went in for take-out, I waited for over 40 minutes for my food, and when the manager realized the situation (notified by the hostess of her own accord), he took the time to apologize and gave me my food for free, all on the condition that I wouldn't hold it against them and that I would return. I have returned often, and have never ceased to be very impressed with their top-notch service and wonderful barbecue. Keep up the good work!
