Verry Happy with my Loan Refinance and Michael Cox.. Michael Cox helped me to refinance my townhouse and did a great job making sure all the paperwork was filled out so I could close quickly on my loan. He spent the time needed to make sure I got the deal I wanted and I ended up reducing my interest rate and the years owed on my loan.

I highly recommend Ranlife and Micheal Cox.

Trouble and Headaches. I struggled to refinance my home with this company for almost eight weeks through constantly changing requirements that fluctuated like the stock market, and promises that were broken right down to the closing date. Scott Weilacher was my loan officer. Through the process he scheduled three different closing dates, only to leave me hanging without even a call to explain why no one showed up. Had I not continually called, left messages and "babysat" him throughout the entire process I doubt there would have ever been a fourth closing date.

Half way into my struggles I went online to research Ranlife and there I read of other's problems. I also read Ranlife VP Adam Hamilton's response asking people to contact him for help instead of writing such reviews. Had he made good on his word I would not be here now writing this.

Though my refi eventually went through on the forth closing it was with more aggravation & stress then anyone should experience. Therefore my advice is to think twice before starting a relationship with this company. After going through an entire refi process with them it is my opinion that several employees are not entirely competent or trustworthy.

We love Cameron Bishop at RanLife!. We love Cameron Bishop! Purchasing our first home was terrifying, but Cameron has held our hand through the whole process, kept us informed, and worked really hard to get us closed and in our new home before the holidays! We could not be more happy with Cameron! I will definitely recommend Cameron to everyone I know!

Easiest Mortgage refinance ever. Ranlife and Thomas Koger were great to work with. Thomas had some difficult items to get through to finish our refinance, but he never waivered or got discouraged. I will plan on using them again

RANLife. I was very satisfied with my realtor, Mike Wright, as he handled the purchase of my home is a very professional manner, and had my interests at heart. I would recommend him to a friend. I also appreciated receiving the National Geographic this year.

Easy loan processing_Best for a first time home owner!. As a first time home owner, we had our fair share of questions and concerns when applying for a loan through Ranlife. Chuck and Aaron had been very helpful and patient all along, and had a pleasant experience in closing with them, no surprises, all explained ahead of time and no stress!!! I guess we could not have asked for anything better than having understanding and cooperative loan officers of Ranlife guiding you through loan processing, in whom from our experience you can place your trust!

Mike is great. I have not closed my loan yet but expect to in a few days.Mike Cox has been awesome even when things haven't gone as expected. He is great even when I have been a pain. He stays in touch and answers my questions. It's like he is right here. I would recommend this company. Mike if you read this I really do appreciate your work!

Best loan agent ever and Mortgage company ever!!. I recently began looking into buying my first home and happened to come across RANlife. I called simplly to get some information on a particular home loan and was lucky enough to speak with Thomas Koger. Thomas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

At the time I did not plan on making a decisons, but beacuse I was so impressed with his help, I called back the next day and decided to go for it.

Throughout the entire home buying process, Thomas was kept me informed and was on top of everything. He did everything to make the process fast and simple!!

My family and I are now in our new home and enjoying every minute!! I greatly appreciate Thomas and RANlife for doing such and amazing job! I highly recommend this company for yourt home purchase experience and I HIGHLY recommend Thomas Koger!! Thank you :)

The Best Mortgage Loan Company. I just recently bought my first home. We dealt with Michael Cox and i have to say it was a fantastic experience. Michael knew what he was doing and any questions I had he was extremely knowledgeable. He took care of everything on that end in a timely manner and we closed exactly when I said I wanted to. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great experience with home buying. I would use them again if I move and need another home. Thanks Mike for all you have done.
