Great place, did they close or move?. I love my laptop i bought there. They have great service, really nice people, and awesome products. Where did they go? The phone is disconnected, and the storefront is gone.

Great Service. My partner and I have purchased 6 computers from this company. All have functioned beyond expectations. A few months ago I had a hard drive crash and burn - litterally burn - I called them and they had a new drive installed the same day. This was on a computer I had purchased from them nearly some 4 years earlier. - $35 labor plus a reasonable cost for the disk. My partner wanted to upgrade his computer and took it to a company that shall remain nameless. A week later he had his new improved equipment back and it took our company IT guy 3 days to try and figure out what they did to totaly screw it up. He now is a believer. I am taking in my computer tomorrow for service - never more than $35 bucks what a deal. I am a cusatomer for life

Happy Guy. the guys at UCW got me all set up with a "new" used desktop. They were able to get the critical contacts and data transferred perfectly. I did not know what fast was. Thanks, Bob Bailey

Be carefull here. I use my laptop for work and depend on it daily. I noticed it was running a little slow and took it in for a tune up. Without calling me they reformated the whole disc and I lost all my drivers and months worth of work. Two months later I am still trying to put it together. If it needed to have the disc completely clean, I don't know, but a call would have been nice. I had to take it to another shop and have it repaired.

Web site or not. Good Products .. Good price good service verry satisfide with my Dell Laptop had to have windows XP for oldr programs that I am Still using. that will not work with Vista I recomend them If you are looking for a good deal.

Great service and products. If you are looking to get computers, parts, accessories, without paying an arm + leg, this is the place. They guarantee it to work and will allow exchanges if something does not work as promised. We have a great flatscreen LCD from them and it's well worth the price we paid - much less than elsewhere!
