I love my laptop i bought there. They have great service, really nice people, and awesome products. Where did they go? The phone is disconnected, and the storefront is gone.

Great Service

My partner and I have purchased 6 computers from this company. All have functioned beyond expectations. A few months ago I had a hard drive crash and burn - litterally burn - I called them and they had a new drive installed the same day. This was on a computer I had purchased from them nearly some 4 years earlier. - $35 labor plus a reasonable cost for the disk. My partner wanted to upgrade his computer and took it to a company that shall remain nameless. A week later he had his new improved equipment back and it took our company IT guy 3 days to try and figure out what they did to totaly screw it up. He now is a believer. I am taking in my computer tomorrow for service - never more than $35 bucks what a deal. I am a cusatomer for life

the guys at UCW got me all set up with a "new" used desktop. They were able to get the critical contacts and data transferred perfectly. I did not know what fast was. Thanks, Bob Bailey
