Excellent Experience, Quality Service, Great Results
by Gordon Hedrick at Citysearch
I've been meeting with counselors at THF for the past six months. I am pleased with the experience overall and am seeing impressive results: my percentage of body fat has dropped nearly 20 percent in six months.
Wes Barney, VP, is an experienced personal trainer and body builder. He is direct in his communication style and has been a great source of encouragement. He promotes, but does not require, use of supplements created by his company - all which have done exactly what they're supposed to do when I do my part. I consider the cost of the program an investment in myself - and it's cost me significantly less than I paid last year for co-pays, deductibles, physical therapy, chiropractic visits, massages, etc. I'm on my way to better health, have more energy, and take one day at a time.
I am not an employee, contractor, or relative of anyone formerly or presently employed by Total Health and Fitness. Please contact me at (801) 750-0238 with questions.
- Pros: Personalized resistance, cardio, and nutrition plans
- Cons: Investment is significant, but less than heart attack!

Listen up, the plans these guys put you on, isn't rocket science. You can search on google for everything they offer, for free. The program costs are expensive-and they will push their supplements. Most of the people who work there are FAKE, and only concerned about getting your money. If you like losing money for something you can easily learn to do on your own, they are great. I wouldn't recommend them, at all. But if you do, go to ANY other location than Sandy-they are the lowest of low.
- Cons: They will take every penny from you
