The Pie Pizzeria - Midvale

If I could give a 0 rating, I WOULD!. This is the worst service I have EVER received and that is really saying something because I have been to some pretty crummy places. We called to get a pizza delivered and were told by the young lady who answered the phone that the delivery time was 30-45 minutes. We figured that was pretty standard and so we placed our order. After waiting over an hour we called back to the location to see if there had been a problem and the young lady then was very rude and informed us that we were wrong and that when we called she said that pick up was 30-45 minutes and delivery was and hour and half wait. I told her she must be mistaken because I never asked about pick up times, only delivery. She then said that I was wrong again because she specifically remembered my call. When I then asked what I ordered if she remembered so well, she couldn't tell me. So I agreed to just come in and pick up my order instead of waiting. When I arrived the same young lady was at the counter and was extremely rude to my face again telling me that I had been wrong and that I was very rude. I told her that I just wanted my order and that I was going to leave and not come back. It took an additional 15 minutes for me to get my pizza and when I asked for the manager's name, she refused to give it to me. Needless to say, even if the pizza had been amazing, which it wasn't-it was greasy and cold, it could never make up for the terrible customer service.…

Worst pizza, dirtiest location, terrible service.. I was told by a friend to avoid this place, but I didn't. I decided it was close and seemed priced like a high quality pizza place. So I figured, why not. Well, let me tell you. The service was very poor. The call taker seemed to insist I not call the pizza the meat lover or meat pizza, but had to be called Slaughterhouse. Then I get it and the ingredients were low quality, bland, and sparse. Kids might like it, but I prefer an adult pizza. I'll let the kids eat at Little Caesars and get a good pizza.

I was also turned off by the dirty looking kitchen and employees. Use your money elsewhere.…
