I have taken my car here for years! They are honest, fair, and fast. Would definitely recommend them wouldn't go anywhere else.
Took our Toyota Sienna in because the brake warning light was on. They diagnosed the problem and topped off the brake fluid with no charge. We now have a new place for all of our car repairs!
I trust this crew with everything. They are honest, fair, and knowledgeable. Once, I took the car in for what I thought was going to be a transfer case replacement (a previous mechanic had told me it would need to be done soon) and they said there was no problem and sent me on my way. It has been two years since, and the transfer case is still reliable. We have had many repairs done here, and they are always accurate and reasonably priced. I take our vehicles to Labrum's and recommend them without hesitation.
Honest, accurate and effective. I have taken a Ford F350 and a Honda Pilot to Labrum Automotive. Each repair has fixed the problem correctly the first time. Once I needed a small additional adjustment which they did promptly when I returned. If you want honest service that really fixes the problem at a fair price, I recommend Labrum Automotive.
We love Labrum Automotive! They have always treated us right and done a great job on our vehicles. Once the repair turned out to be just a simple thing, and they didn't charge us!
Horrible Repair Place.. we took my sisters car here last week and told them exactly what needed to be repaired. instead of fixing it they wanted to tinker with other things that were not even connected with the problem. 4 days after taking it to them and having to tell them on 5 different conversations about fixing the piece we asked them to in the first place it was finally ready to be picked up. but now the fuel meter reads full permanently. When talking to the guys at this place they space out and act like they dont know what you are talking about. poor communication and PR skills.
Best Auto Center in Utah.
I have used Labrum Auto a few times now, and have not been disappointed. My Mazda 3 started making some weird noises up front and had a rough ride (over 100K miles). Labrum's replaced my front suspension and a few other joints/parts. The local 'Franchise" wanted to replace a lot more than that. Labrum's prices were fair (but a bit more than others) but I really liked the quality of the work. They didn't try to throw extra services in or tell me I needed work that I really didn't. Driven the car for 1 1/2 years since with NO PROBLEMS!
Today I just called to ask about an alignment and the Mechanic referred me to another shop!! As I was explaining the needs of my truck (a big truck!), the mechanic explained that my truck was a difficult one to align and get right the first time. Rather than him trying and me coming in more than once, he then recommended I go to a specialty shop to get the job done right the first time! What kind of mechanic does that? He actually listened to my problem, and gave me the BEST solution, not the one that would make him the most money. Extremely impressed!
If your in the area, or even if your not, give Labrums your business. The world needs more businesses like this.
Found someone to look after my vehicles. My father has been our mechanic for over 20 years. He is retiring, so I needed to find someone else that I could trust with my vehicles. I've found them.
Top flight honest shop.
Best shop I've found in years. Honest, very fair prices, quick service.
Last time I was in, took my wife's car in. Thought it needed brakes(3years old, 56,000 miles). They called me a short time later and said the brakes were still good for another 5,000-10,000 miles. No charge.
I am sure 98% of repair shops would have gone ahead and replaced the brakes........and probably told me I needed rotors too.
Please patronize these guys.
Honest Competent Establishment. Labrum won my business from a nearby shop because they are honest and most importantly, I only have to take an issue to them once to get it fixed instead of repeated visits for the same problem. My only criticism is that they can be a little high-price IMO, but so far it has been worth it to me to pay to have the job done right the first time.
