What a find !!!!!!!
by 1cole at Citysearch
This is a wonderfull find that is most unexpected. I would have thought there was nothing in this area. The studio seems to be something you would find in a larger city and it's soo clean. The yoga room is the best I've found in this town and for that in most that I've ever been in. The two classes I've been to we're Anusara (I think I spelled that correctly) and I must say that even though I've never herd of it before it is already my favorite. They we're the level 1-2 class, about as tough as some power classes and filled with awsome instruction and teaching. The teachers name was Adam, he did a great job. I'm excited to try the rest of the instructors.
- Pros: studio, teacher, location
- Cons: none
Found what I wanted

I've been looking for some good yoga in Salt Lake and havn't found anything like what I had back home untill I found Yoga Space. The new owner is an Anusara instructor which was very nice to find and his class has been one of the best I've ever taken including from back home in California. I really didn't expect to find this here in Utah. The studio is if anything too nice, the yoga floor is wonderfull and all the natural light is wonderfull as well. I'm much happier now.
- Pros: Instruction, Studio, Bathroom
not intimidating/great experience
by polska at Citysearch
Being a "larger" man, I was intimidated by yoga as exercise. I'm about as flexible as a 2x4. Yoga space made my introduction and ongoing program enjoyable and painless. the personal attention of the staff and instructors made me very comfortable and not feel excluded in a class of pretzel-like people. The studio is wonderful-clean, inviting with a nice locker area. I especially enjoy looking at the mountains while doing a session through the huge windows. I have seen great benefits in many areas of my life since starting and have introduced it to several friends. guys have got to try this more- no more back pain, stress, or moving like an 80year old for me!
- Pros: great instructors, great facility, great prices
Great variety of classes - even prenatal
by sr308sniper at Citysearch
I have been practicing yoga for several years but my gym doesn't offer prenatal yoga classes. Now that I'm 6 months pregnant, I wanted to find a class that would be appropriate for my changing body. The class here is fantastic! The class sizes are very small, usally 3-8 people, and the environment is very relaxing. It's a small studio, which I like very much because you get lots of individualized attention. I feel so good when I leave, like I just had a massage! They offer tea after each class and the whole atmosphere is very soothing and stress relieving. They also offer many different classes, from beginning to advanced, and everything in between.
- Pros: Small classes, Prenatal yoga, Lovely environment
- Cons: , One location only

Classes are designed and scheduled to meet different age and ability levels, including classes for children and a "Gentle Yoga" class for those who haven't challenged their bodies. Prenatal classes are also offered. The environment is quite and very relaxing lending oneself to feel rejevenated instead assaulted or bombarded. The instructors give individual attention. Workshops are also offered.
