not worth the price. I lived in the complex for over three years. When I first moved in the staff was friendly, and the grounds were kept up. The amenities are nice, and the location to stores is convenient. That said, the staff has a high turn over rate, and the recent staff has been extremely rude and negligent. The rent has continued to increase, yet the quality of the complex has gone down. There are many other comparable places in salt lake that are more reasonably priced, and I am sure less rude. As a place of business providing service, that is unacceptable. The surrounding apartments are a little suspect, and within the last year there were a number of robberies in the parking lot. I would look else where if I were a prospective renter.

We are not the Managers of this apartment complex - we are just renters. We too have heard there were some issues with the complex and someone breaking in cars but I understand the staff at Irving has taken actions to assure this doesn't happen again.
The price for apartments in this complex are a bit higher than some however, for the location, we don't mind paying the higher rate.
As well, we have not had any issues with the management staff being rude. They have all been very accomodating and nice to us. I'm sorry you had a not-so-pleasant exsperience, we are satisfied as renters at this complex.
