treat their customers like an inconvenience. I come here to buy the Marlies Dekkers bras, which I love, but this boutique has the worst customer service. They post their hours but then change them when it's convenient and never seem to be open. They treat their customers like an inconvenience and make it as difficult as possible to buy anything from them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but my last visit was the last straw. The owner, Rena, continued to give me the wrong sizes even though I made it clear several times which size would fit me best and then dismissed me for taking too long. I made a rushed decision and when I came back to make an exchange due to buyer's remorse the door was locked and there were no business hours posted for that day (it was the middle of the day on a Saturday). The next time I tried to make the exchange the sales woman said I had to come back when the owner was there to make any exchanges. The next attempt I called first to make sure the owner would be there and Rena answered the phone. She actually lied to me and said Rena wouldn't be in until 2 that day. The woman is wack and the way she runs the place baffles me. The next time I buy a Marlies Dekkers bra I will just add it to my travel expenses because it certainly won't be from this place ever again.…

Let's see.."Anonymous" is calling these reviews "suspicious?. After reading this post by Anonymous, I had to write in my review. It's incredible that someone who hasn't even gone to the salon could get away with rating it. Juan has been coloring my hair for 19 years. I would never go anywhere else. All of my daughters have their hair and brows done at Estilo. My husband even goes to Estilo, and he was someone who was hard to pull away from Supercuts because he didn't want to spend the money. He is now a devoted client of Juan's also.

Rina and Juan have treated our whole family as if we are some of their most valued clients. We aren't rich, but we choose to spend the money we have on quality work.

I brought my sister into Rina while she was dying of Pancreatic cancer. It was important to my sister to have eyebrows at her funeral. I'm not kidding, you had to know my beautiful sister. Rina treated her so sweetly, and she did an amazing job of making those permanent brows look natural. It meant so much to my sweet sister, who now is gone.

Juan and Rina strive to be at the cutting edge of fashion, hair, and makeup trends. Yet, they also respect those of us who just want to look as beautiful as we can while we age.

I've watched these two, along with Soraya - who is usually at the front desk, work incredibly hard at making this salon the unique treasure it is.

Suspicious. I've been looking for a good place to get my eyebrows shaped. At first glance, Estilio looks really promising due to their many positive reviews. However, as I read them I became suspicous. It's unusual to have a multitude of 5 star ratings and a few 1 stars and nothing at all inbetween. Also, the 5 star ratings read like an advertisement, just over the top glowing and also mentioning other products to purchase. Finally, I notice that many of the ratings were submitted on the exact same date.

So, to be fair, this rating is not based upon going there. But based upon the suspicious nature of the other reviews, I'm not going to chance it.…
