Moniqe is great!!!!!

I started going to Moniqe after being referred by a friend. I usually go to a cheapo cuts and only pay $15 with the tip but my friend swore by this lady so I thought I would spend the extra cash.

Moniqe pampered me and the way we talked felt like we were old friends. I never get service like that at the other places I have gone. Also my girlfriend actually complimented my hair when I got home (which never happens). I am bringing her to Moniqe next month!!!

Oh yeah I almost forgot when I was leaving Moniqe said she does free trims to the ear and neck line between haircuts to keep you looking good from one cut to the next. I have never been offered that before.

• Pros: Her laugh will brighten any day
• Cons: I only get one cut every four weeks

Worst salon in utah!!!

I was looking for a wonderful day at the salon on my birthday. and I ended up with one of the worst days of my life. First there was a very rude receptionist with a big attitude. To make matters worse i had gone in to take out some of the dark color in my hair. I got totally screwed. I believe the only good reviews on here were prob from the employees! haha DON'T FALL INTO THIS THEIR TRAP! you will leave feeling very upset

• Cons: I feel better about going somewhere else.

Overpriced, terrible service

Stylists are fake and don't even know anything about their products besides that they are "great." Tell me the science behind it! They don't treat me like a high end salon should treat their clients. They don't offer personalized service and whoever answers their phones needs to learn how to act more customer friendly. There is nothing special about this salon. Even the reviews on this site sound fake. I am sure that they are posting all of these "positive" reviews themselves or they are getting their friends and families to post them.
