Unhappy with service at every turn.
This company was deceptive from the first day. The salesman misrepresented the direct tv package I would receive and I ended up having to pay more for the same service I was already receving with Comcast. I then had to wait almost 3 months for my phone to be transferred over to their company. This only happened after I spent many hours on the phone doing what should have been their job. They never have returned a phone call when they said they would. They are arrogant and very unprofessional when I do finally get someone on the phone. Now my phone hasn't worked for 3 days and their response was "well maybe we will know why it doesn't work sometime tomorrow". The website on my contract is a "bragging" site about all of the parties and trips that the employees enjoy...on our dime. There was nothing helpful there for me as a customer. Very, very unhappy.
