Terrible, absolutely terrible..
The technicians were friendly and they had great looking shirts...BUT, they showed up over 2 hours late without calling. When they had to come back, they made my tenant wait over an hour past her appointment time. They didn't call her, either.
In all cases, the cost of "parts" was more than double the cost at Home Depot; sometimes triple, or more. Someone had promised me a certain price on the phone since I was having 5 coolers done, and later I was told they never do that. Uhhhh, okay.
The technicians left my tenants' front door unlocked, so I had to go back to the property again to lock the door. They also left one of the coolers so that water poured into that tenant's house when she turned the cooler on. Now, they say they have a 2 week guarantee. I was unaware of that, though.
My life was busy, but when I finally took the time to contact them about my experience, I got a letter in reply, which had nothing to do with anything I called about. I wrote back to clarify, and I received a very rude letter full of personal attacks...from the owner!
I decided not to waste any more time trying to resolve things, and I just sent them the full amount they were requesting. And then, I received another invoice at my home, instead of my business address.
I will definitely never do business with these guys again. I've never had such a bad experience with any business in the past.
