I have tried to deal with a dozen contractors this summer and Matt is the only one who did what he said that he was going to do and did it when he said it would be done.

We had contacted eight contractors specializing in basement finishing work that said they would be avaliable to do the work. Five made appointments to meet with us and we recieved four bids for our approximately 1000 square foot basement. Matt Workman impressed us with his profetional attitude and easy going personality. We explained from the very begenning our concerns due to a very bad experience with, I wont mention Wade Pane's name in Utah county. Matt listend very intently and gave us his word that he would do everything in his power not to let thart happen again. Matt took several measurements of our basement, asked several specfic questions and made great suggestions on issues my wife and I had not thougth of. He showed us several photos of previous work done near us and gave us a referance list. Matt gave us a budget and time frame in writing. Due to a few personal changes that were out of his controll ew finished a few weeks past due, not bad! Matt made it very clear that none of the workers are allowed to use the bathrooms in the home, smoke or eat on the premises. He also made it very clear that if we did not feel safe with any of the workers, to contact him or Danny his right hand man and they would deal with our concern. Danny the supervisor was also great to work details out with. All of our phone calls were returned in a reasonable time frame and we were and all financial decisions were clear and discussed well in advance.Thank you we recomend you to all of our friends.
