Nice Work Tony. I had my 1995 4 Runner at both Mark Miller Toyota and Larry Miller Toyota to correct rough idling issues. Neither of the Toyota dealer service departments could set the timing correctly. Tony did a beautiful job. There were also numerous other issues causing

rough idling and neither of the dealers were able

to address those issues. Some of the issues were actually caused by the dealers.

I have had other situations where the dealers wanted

3 times what Tony priced for a repair.

Tony was recommended to me by a family that

swore by his work. They were so impressed with the extra time he spent. They said he always worked until he got the job right. The husband was an FBI agent

so that is a pretty good referral!

The shop is not the cleanest place. But last time I was there some expensive cars were in the shop

so obviously others have faith in Tony.

Crooks. Yes, Tony Vigil, the owner of Summit Service Repair and Towing, and his crew are crooks and liars and not very good mechanics. It seems like he hires degenerates in order to cut costs. They definitely deserve a 0-star rating. They steal personal items from your car, they do not have adequate security to store vehicles safely, and they will defraud you. Be careful. Mr. Vigil gives the false appearance of some sort of small-town honest, business man, but he is nothing more than a thief. These guys are everything that's wrong with our country right now: they believe in shoddy workmanship, poor to no customer service, and overcharging the customer with a remarkable sense of entitlement. Listen, bad mechanics are a dime a dozen, but there are good mechanics in Summit County -- and these guys are not it. There is no reason to waste your money on people who don't want to serve you well, who don't have the ethics or pride to do good work, who don't have the skills to address your needs, but who have the gall to take your money anyway. In this economy, there are highly qualified people who will work honestly and treat you well for a fair price. If you're looking to support a good business, you should go elsewhere.

The Worst Auto Experience EVER!. Wish I could give this review 0 stars. These guys are crooks and liars. Had my car there 3 times for the same repair and each time the car ended up breaking down only to leave me stranded along side the road. Not to mention they lied about having a new part put in the car when they were simply rebuilding (if you can call it that) the old faulty part. Also... when I was left stranded an hour away from home in the middle of nowhere the third time, they made no attempt to help me out, and lied about refunding my money. Do yourself a favor and avoid Summit Repair & Tow AT ALL COSTS! This experience was the definition of being given the run-around to no avail.
