I have used this company to clean my carpet about 10 times over the years. They have always been very professional with me and have schedule my appointments very quickly. They have the best prices for carpet cleaning.

I called and got a quote for my two chairs and ottoman. They told me $75. I booked an appointment. They charged me $105. Still didn't budge when I explained the quote. Called about it. Very unprofessional, again wouldn't budge. Claimed it was an "estimate" ... didn't know size or fabric. It's upholstery! Two chairs. Didn't ask me when they gave the estimate! Plus they dump all the dirty water down my toilet. More work for me. I won't use them again.
Pros: Quick schedule, probably because others knew what I didn't know yet.
Cons: Didn't stick to quote. Dumped the dirty water down my toilet to mess up my bathroom.
