Just go Somewhere else. I have been going to these restaurants for over 20 years,and have been ususally satisfied, today I ordered a western omelet and it was cooked to long. I told the waitress, she took it backand brought another one, it was not much better, the manager told her to tell me they would not do anything about it,I went to talk to the manager to tell him his cook does not know how to make an omelet, he said I was just trying to get my food for free,and that I should go somewhere else, if I didnt like it, that was his solution, the price of an omelet was more important than a happy customer, the waitress was great and I fell sorry for her to have to work for such a jerk. So if you do go to Jims go to riverton or american fork,they actually care about the customer
