Not AS Bad As We Had Expected

After making our and order and paying cash, we checked the reviews and got nervous. Besides being 2 days later than expected, and not very helpful when we called (they claim they cannot track orders), they weren't AS bad as everybody had said. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

This place sucks!!! They have the worst customer service and are liars!!!!!! First they tell me that they are able to deliver my merchandise for no charge because of the great amount that I bought, than after everything is paid they tell me I need to come pick it up the very next day due to inventory. When I ask them about the free delivery they told us about they stated that is not possible because it is a third party company!! Although I explained to them that I would not be able to pick up the next day because I have to work they insisted that if I didn't pick up they would cancel my order but keep my deposit. When I went to pick up the next day the sales lady told me that my couches would be wrapped up and ready to go but they weren't even covered after I asked the men in the back about covering the leather couches they stated they will do that only for a tip.... There supervisor didn't care how I was treated and just stated well void the order. This is by far the worst place I have ever bought anything from the people are rude, and liars!!!!!!!!!!

Crap Store!

This place is a joke! First they tell me that they have what I want in stock then after I pay for it they tell me that they made a mistake and that they will deliver it for free at the end of the week! After leaving several messages for the salesman, with no return phone calls, I make another call to find out that it is there but they can't deliver it for another week! What a joke! This place needs to be torn down and all of it's employees sent to rehab because they have a dumb addiction to lying!

Don't waste your time

Save yourself the headache and time by not shopping with these guys. I purchased a sectional and ottoman from them 2 months ago. I had to wait 3 weeks to get the sectional. I am still waiting on the ottoman. My wife and I have called the store/warehouse numerous times. Each time, they have an excuse as to why the ottoman we purchased is not available yet.

I would pay double to buy furniture elsewhere to avoid buying from Furniture Warehouse again.
