Tips for Morning Star Balloons

We were expecting this to be the highlight of our vacation; a beautiful romantic flight together for our anniversary. While the flight was everything we expected, it was ANYTHING but romantic. We were not even allowed to stand together in the basket of the balloon. We could barley talk to each other. They were rude to us because we wanted to be together in the balloon, and told us to pretend we were having a good time so they could get photos for their website. We got some great pictures of the view, but we can't even look at them because it was such a bad experience. It was a "once in a lifetime" experience, because we're NEVER going back.

Great ride and great customer service!. from the owner to the team to the equipment, these guys are top notch, honest and fun to be around!
