Unsanitary and Bad Service. I went to JC Nails to get my brows waxed today, and it was a bad experience. When I walked in, they stuck a filthy chair next to the bathroom and had me sit there to wait for the lady. The entire salon seemed very dirty and unsanitary, and the place smelled badly. I could barely breathe. The lady finally came out to wax my brows and this was the first time ever I didn't get to lie down while having a wax. The wax was extremely hot and burned my skin. I have been red all day and my skin is still irritated. The wax was dripping all over the heating pot, and the lady was dripping stuff on me when she was waxing my brows. I was afraid it was going to drip into my eye. The wax cost seven dollars, which isn't bad, but I'd rather pay ten dollars to lie down at a nice spa in a clean environment without getting my skin burned. I guess you get what you pay for. I felt very uncomfortable there and will never return.
