The Team I Trust!. I recently went to this Big O Tires and was extremely pleased with their service! The staff is honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed the problem I had with my car and sold me a great set of tires. I am only going to this Big O from now on and will recommend them highly.

Forget the Rest, GO TO THE BEST.
Finally a tire shop that doesn't just want your money, they empathize with your tires and what we put them through, and best of all, they have the solution for your poor tires to make your car feel better & look great too!
This established business is a great example of a good business, the staff is very friendly. This is an auto repair & tire place that you can TRUST. Their prices were great! Ken even said they offer shuttle service and have free wifi and the were unbelievably fast and which shows me they are very reliable. I was blown away! They Deserve Your Business! Forget the Rest, GO TO THE BEST, Big-O tires in fort Union!

Won't take my car anywhere else!!. I have been going to this Big O for years and I would absolutely recommend this store to all of my friends and family. The staff is extremely friendly and can always help me, no matter what issue I am having with my car!

Honest and Professional. The technicians are knowledgable, friendly and professional. They diagnosed a problem my vehicle was having and repaired it properly, unlike the dealership where my car was purchased and I had taken it back repeatedly. I have recommended this Big O to many of my friends and family for both tires and service and they have all been happy with the service they received. Also, as a female I am treated with respect.

LOVE THIS BIG O!.
Where do I start? I absolutely love this Big O Tires for so many reasons.
1st, this is an auto repair & tire place that you can TRUST.
2nd, fast and very reliable.
3rd, I love that they offer shuttle service and have free wifi
4th, amazing deals and great pricing.
5th, the staff is very friendly.
I can go on and on but you should jump in your vehicle and see for yourself. You'll love everything about it! This place is the Nordstrom's of tires and auto repair!

I love this Big O Tires! The staff is great! They always take care of me when I bring my car in to them. Been taking my car here for the last 4 years cause it is close to where I work!

Had to go somewhere else to correct work. I went to get tires rotated and balanced and my oil changed. They seemed just okay - nothing stuck out as particularly noteworthy about the process but nothing bad either so I took another car there the next day for the same services. I didn't realize that I had a problem until I got on the freeway going over 55 mph and my car shook so badly that I had to pull over to the side of the road because I felt like I may lose control. When I took it back to this place they said that the tires hadn't been balanced. So supposedly they balanced them but the vibration continued. Then the other car exhibited viberating issues at a higher rate of speed. I'll be taking both of these cars to another establishment to try and get these issues corrected. With such shoddy workmanship I'm wondering when my engine(s) are going to blow up (because of a bad oil change.) I wouldn't recommend going there - I mean how can you forget to balance tires on two different cars within a two day period?

Horrible Customer Service. We brought our car in for the state emissions/safety testing. Although this was done on time, we were told our brakes needed to be worked on. We were given 1 1/2 hour window for this to be done. We return after 1 1/2 hour and our car hasn't even been looked at. The man at the front desk said he expected it to be in a 1/2 hour later. We went home, while he said he would call us 1/2 hour later to let us know where it was at. He never called. We called him back 45 mins later and the car still hadn't been looked at, but he promised it would get done that day. So, our whole day was wasted waiting for the car. All we want is our car to be worked on during a promised window of time & a phone call if we are told we will get one.
