Very rude staff!.
I recently took a trip to the mall where my boyfriend insists that we visit a game store. He's a bit of a gamer so I allow this knowing he will complain until I give in. As soon as I walked in, I found the staff EXTREMELY rude.
A little boy picked up a game, attempting to show it to his father, only to be yelled at as if he was going to steal it. It was only the display box so he wouldn't have gotten anything out of it, and yet the staff treated him like he was a little thief.
Then upon walking up to the counter, searching for a specific game for PS1, we were greeted by the same man who then made a joke towards my boyfriend implying he must play World of Warcraft because he is chubby. That was a complete turn off and I was about to walk out but my boyfriend really wanted a WII so he continued to look. A bit off to the side, two young boys were playing a demo game. They asked a simple question about the game only to receive a VERY rude response by the same man. He then turned to me and said "Don't know, don't care." At that point, I knew I wasn't going to buy anything. I pretended to look while my boyfriend talked to another employee about games. I saw that most of the games they had were unknown games that were GREATLY overpriced. Many of the games were for systems that no longer produced games but weren't good enough to be considered "classics". Most everything was used and missing at least something. My boyfriend then questioned about the WII they had available. It was missing several pieces and they were still asking over $200 for it, used. As I grew more and more irritated, I began to walk out, only to see the same guy glare at anyone of a Hispanic origin who walked in. Very rude, poor selection and WAY too high prices.
