Easily the best customer service from any smoke shop. When I first moved to salt lake a few of my friends recommended to check out Aztec for a new piece. Before I went to Aztec I stopped at a few other smoke shops (theres a ton in salt lake apparently) and was rather unimpressed, mostly because the person behind the counter couldn't answer any questions i had regarding water pipes or vaporizers (nver used one so i was trying to find out more). they kept trying to sell me some cheap hot box thing but couldn't tell me how it worked or if they knew anyone who owned one. after a few stops i finally went to Aztec, and wow, theres a reason I was told to go there. Not only were the girls extremely good looking, they knew what they were talking about too and very friendly dealing with my millions of questions. i wandered through their huge store and stopped in the back room and was shocked by the selection. i inquired about vaporizers and the salesman in the back knew more about vaporizers than all the 3 other places i stopped combined. he showed me what they had, told me about what else was out there, and the benefits of using a vaporizer. i also shopped out a lot of water pipes, which were really nice and surprisingly affordable, but opted to buy a vaporizer instead. i left extremely happy but when i got home i had a few more questions i didnt think to ask, so i called in and was treated very politely, and the salesman even mentioned if theres any questions to never hesitate to call, they would always answer them. i have never been to any other store that treated me so well, especially a smoke shop.

oh, and they dont sell meth pipes. i liked that especially.

you would be crazy not to love what this place offers.

bad service. i was in that store about 2 weeks ago with my girlfriend trying to buy a new water pipe for our house. as we were back there looking i noticed that the sales man, some young shaved head guy, was only acknowledging my girlfriend and not me. he paid more attention to her, and her cleavage, instead of the guy who was going to pay for pipe. i think that if they want a successful business they should stop being such horn dogs and pay attention to the people paying their bills. i know im not the first person to notice this.

Great Shisha selection.. Id read the reviews already posted, maybe it WAS true, but not today.

I was in the new location 89 west 3300 south.

The guy that helped me took time to answer all my questions, give me recommendations and go over some stuff I wasnt sure about, even called a guy he knew to get a recommendation about the best brand in the flavor I wanted.

I was in for Shisha, they had a large selection, and while they did not have the brand I wanted, he did say they would have it in soon. Just moved to this location 3 weeks ago, parking is decent, selection was great, staff knew what they were talking about, and they have a huge walk in humidor, its currently empty, but will be filled with quality cigars 4 weeks from today. I will be certain to return to Aztec to buy more Shisha supply's, as well as cigars.

Misleading salesmen.. I've shopped here a few times, for hookah accessories, and shisha. The shisha selection is moderate, but not as wide a range as "Knuckleheads". The salesman mislead me into buying a rather expensive hookah hose without inquiring as to whether or not it would fit my particular hookah. It didn't fit... Furthermore I didn't feel like arguing with a clearly dishonest salesman to get a refund. Dishonest in the way that the salesman didn't want to admit to his ignorance to the products he was selling, he would have asked someone if he had cared about his customer. During my enlistment in the US Navy, I frequented many hookah lounges throughout the Middle East, and Asia. But I never knew there was different sized hoses.. I should have expected as much, this is not a tobacco shop. This is plainly a head shop, with head shop employees.

decent size head shop. not too much in the way of cigarettes, cigars, legit. smoking stuff. mostly just a head shop. has a very nice selection of glass blown pipes, water tobacco pipes, detox. drinks, etc.
