Awful service

Terrible service, do not waste your time or your money! The price is not worth the service and the staff was very rude. The cars are in terrible shape and are unsafe to be driving in the first place. I wish I had gone to a professional car rental company.

I Had A Bad Experience

I reserved a car with these guys for a Friday afternoon. When I showed up to pick it up, they told me that they didn't have a car in the class I reserved because someone didn't return a car they were supposed to return that day. They said that all they could do was give me a van, but it would be $35 more per day.

I understand these things happen, but I thought that they should have given me the van for the price I was originally quoted for, or at the very LEAST they should have called me to tell me that they didn't have the car I had reserved. I drove down there for nothing, and they weren't even very nice about the whole deal. I will never go back.
