My favorite store!. I had a big weight loss a few years ago and had to replace my entire wardrobe. I have always liked Coldwater Creek's clothes, but now I love them. Generally, I can count on the clothes to fit me well, and now that they carry long sized pants (online only) I can be sure that the pants are long enough. If you take advantage of sales and specials as well as their wonderful online outlet, the clothes are really not that expensive. And their return policy is hands down, the best in the industry. I bought some jeans there and didn't realize that I wasn't quite finished losing my weight. They took the pants back, no questions asked. Policies like that, and their very friendly staff, keep me coming back time after time.

Deplorable Staff. They have some of the best selection of skirts I have found, but dealing with the store personnel is a chore. They have the snotty sales clerk attitude mastered and are generally very little help. The first time I was there I was charged twice for a $100 skirt. When I noticed the error on the $500 order the next day, I called and was refunded the money over the phone, but never even offered an apology. The male manager is particularly unhelpful and it is painfully obvious he is working hard to try not to work hard. Good selection, but pricey for what you get and poor service.
