Ugh!. Medicore facial! I think her name was Maureen or Maura or Aquamarine something like that? I definitely expected more pampering for a $75 facial. I also have a hard time taking skin care advice from someone who has so many wrinkles herself.

I was underwhelmed. Maybe the other treatments/staff are better?

LOVE THIS PLACE!. I have been getting my hair cut by Brandy ever since Cottage Retreat was in Riverton. I have NEVER been disappointed. I have referred my sisters and coworkers to her and they have all been very satisfied. I really enjoy the atmosphere at Cottage Retreat and feel very relaxed when I am there. The girls at the front desk have always been very kind and cordial. I absolutely LOVE the $15 mini-spa treatments! They are awesome!

What a delight!. I snuck away from my busy day and just spent some time strolling thru a place called Garnder Village. What a charming experience! Best of all--the Cottage Spa! I found it to be very clean and warm and inviting--it charmed the shoes right off my feet! The pedicure was excellent! Definitely going back to the Cottage for more pampering!

HORRIBLE!. I don't want to give this place even one star, but can't publish without. I was supposed to receive a pedicure and manicure, after 2 hours and $95 later I left with something that looked like my 2 year old niece had given me. Before I even got home my nails were peeling--yes peeling, think little kid fingernail polish that is meant to peel off. I could still see the nail polish on my toes that I had painted on the week before. This is the second time I have been to this spa, both times have been dissapointing. The place is dirty and the service is unprofessional. I want my money back and even more, the two hours of wasted time!

Very Frustrated. I went into the cottage retreat today, and was treated very poorly. I have been there a few times, and never had a problem. This time was enough for me to never want to go back though. I will now be searching for somewhere else to go.

Me and my mom had an appointment there, we were a little late, because it was July 4th weekend, and there was a parade going. Ten minutes to be exact. So when we got there we were told that we could only get a half-hour, instead of an hour for a facial. I set up my appointment by phone, they never told us to be early, and were very uncooperative with us.They said all we would miss was the arm massage, which I think is also a lie, because I doubt we would have an arm massage for a half-hour.

So we just left, we both have a gift card there, and that will probably be the last time we'll be going there.
