Great experience with Action yesterday. it's supposed too get hot again next week and I thought it best to get a tune-up. On-time, no extra charges, very nice tech.

I agree, don't trust these guys!
These guys came out and sold me a duct cleaning service that was supposed to use this revolutionary duct cleaning system. The guys showed up with a shop vac!

Second, they make up prices on a whim. They said freon was very expensive and it would cost about 350 dollars to refill my AC unit. I didn't realize till after, too trusting, that they didn't even know how much would be needed to fill it, so they were totally making up prices. THEN, when I had issues after the service, they would not return my call until I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Don't trust these guys!. I talked to the technician when he was on the way to our house. He arrived and told my wife practically word for word what I told him was wrong with our system. He said it was junk and we needed to replace the whole system. They did not do their $33 dollar tune up, which is what I asked for, they charged me a $59 diagnostic charge and all they did was quote me on a new system. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend wasting your money with these guys. I know I will never use them again.…
warranty worked. My water fillter was leaking through to my basement floor and I couldn't seem to find where in the filter it was coming from. Action kept to their warranty and guarantee and came out and fixed it the next day and gave me directions on how to temporarily stop the water from leaking.…
late night emergency. Great emergency guys - called em last night to fox the backed up pipe and they came out in an hour and unclogged the drain and cleaned up after our mess.
