My A/C broke and I called them Friday
afternoon to see if they could come that day (based on their prominent "can come in 45 minutes" ads). They said they could, but they were running late and would come the next day "at the very latest."
Well, Friday evening came along and I didn't get a call, so I called them. They said it would be tomorrow. I asked when I would know when they could come. They said they usually finish calling everyone to set up appointments by 8:30 am. Well, 9:00 rolls around, and no call . . . So I call, and they said their phones were too busy (hmmm, but she picked up right away when I called . . . ). She also said that she still doesn't have an appointment time for me, but will call later. At that point, I had a feeling that they were just stringing me along in hopes that they can pack their schedules to maximize their profits.
Sure enough, at 1:30pm I get a call from Action saying that they won't be able to come until Monday. Don't waste your time.

I paid for an air conditioning service and they missed the appointment and refuse to issue a refund. They also refuse to let me speak with a manager and are only offering to make another appointment which they cannot guarantee they will make unless I pay $750 to have them come right away. This was a bait and switch.

Poor Poor Poor Customer Service. They have called and canceled my appointment several times in the last two days. When they finally call and say they can meet me the tech wouldn't wait for me to get home. I waited 2 days for them. They couldn't wait 20 minutes for me!!!! No way to treat a customer.

Great experience with Action yesterday. it's supposed too get hot again next week and I thought it best to get a tune-up. On-time, no extra charges, very nice tech.

Action Plumbing Heating and Air RIPOFF.
I agree, don't trust these guys!
These guys came out and sold me a duct cleaning service that was supposed to use this revolutionary duct cleaning system. The guys showed up with a shop vac!

Second, they make up prices on a whim. They said freon was very expensive and it would cost about 350 dollars to refill my AC unit. I didn't realize till after, too trusting, that they didn't even know how much would be needed to fill it, so they were totally making up prices. THEN, when I had issues after the service, they would not return my call until I filed a complaint with the BBB.
Do not trust these guys!

Don't trust these guys!. I talked to the technician when he was on the way to our house. He arrived and told my wife practically word for word what I told him was wrong with our system. He said it was junk and we needed to replace the whole system. They did not do their $33 dollar tune up, which is what I asked for, they charged me a $59 diagnostic charge and all they did was quote me on a new system. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend wasting your money with these guys. I know I will never use them again.

warranty worked. My water fillter was leaking through to my basement floor and I couldn't seem to find where in the filter it was coming from. Action kept to their warranty and guarantee and came out and fixed it the next day and gave me directions on how to temporarily stop the water from leaking.
