Broke the front passenger seat to my car during cleaning. Response when car came out of cleaning "was your seat always making that grinding sound". Subsequent efforts to resolve problem or get some sort of compensation were rebuked. When things go well, they probably do a good job. Just hope that nothing goes wrong during the process with your expensive vehicle, because they'll deny any responsibility.

New Customer & Fan. I just tried the new Platinum Car Wash location in Cottonwood Heights on Fort Union Boulevard, and I've been telling all of my friends about this place! The facility is unbelievable, with a comfortable waiting area, and state-of-the-art equipment, the staff is very helpful, and I was very satisfied with the result. I'm pretty picky about my the cleanliness of my vehicle, and these guys did not disappoint. I will be using Platinum from now on!

I'm a fan of Platinum Car Wash. I am that loyal Platinum Car Wash customer.

Sometimes we don't give credit when credit is due. I'm long overdue.

I have used Platinum Car Wash since the Grand Opening of the West Jordan location. I have not had one disappointment in all these years. I value the people that work there as they are the reason for your success. Always a cheerful greeting and so willing to listen and help if a question is asked. They all seem to really care about my car.. I love that!

Most amazingly, without fail, they exceed my expectations. How one company can pull that off just once is amazing, but every time??

I just wanted to say "thank you" for being my one and only "go to" for my dirty car needs. Sounds silly, but all these dirty cars keep you in business, right?

Keep up the good work! I know you'll be around along time to take care of our dirty car needs.

sloooooooow. Too slow! 2 hours later than promised! Otherwise did a decent job. Were friendly, except for the guy with the beard.

Overall Cleanliness. My car came out looking the way I would do it. A touch up was required, but they did it in a very timely and cheerful manner. I would certain go back.
