great, personable and great with us. listened to our concerns and wishes. will refer family and friends.
I was very dissatisfied with NAP I bought a jeep for 14000 dollars and it wasn't what i needed so I went back a month or so later trying to trade it in expecting to take a slight loss. They would only give me 7200 dollars for it then tried to sell me a truck for 4000 dollars over bluebook. They wont see me in there again!
We enjoyed his company. Excellent salesman. He wasn't wearing a monkey suit so that was a plus. Give this man a raise!!!!
Very professional and knowledgable. Extremely helpful, positive. It didn't feel like a sale.
Will NEVER go here again!!! Went in 3 months ago looking to trade in my car. Wasn't happy with the trade they offered so I left. Then a couple of weeks ago they called wanting to work on a deal and promised they would save us money so we went back. They now offered us 5,000 dollars less trade then when we went in 3 months ago. To say I was mad was an understatement!!!!!! They were looking to screw us hard and manipulated the numbers to make it not look so bad! They would not listen to any thing I would say. Every car they would show us was way over the price I told them I wanted to spend. And it was hard to get the price of the car out of them in the first place!!!! It was very irritating to have my time and gas wasted!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!! Take your business other places you'll be better off!!! I will never ever go back that's for sure!!!!!
RUN! This place will misrepresent their product, make promises and then recant. If you tire of being ignored and seek other avenues, ie BBB, Gephardt, etc. the man in charge will threaten to bury you in a lawsuit. You would seriously fare better buying from a guy in a plaid polyester suit with too much grease in his hair.
I just want to say Howdy to the guys at
National Auto Plaza and thank them for all they did to get me in the car I wanted. I have never been treated so well. You said you would make it work and you did more for me than any other dealership I have been to. In fact I think you almost gave away the store just to get me in that car.
Buying a car can be really tough but you all made it a very easy and pleasant experience.
ML
National auto plaza was super fantastic!!! They treated me the way I wanted to be treated.I did alot of home work before I bought my Mercedes-benz and they beat every dealer by thousands on a car that was in perfect condition.I'm a very happy customer and would recommed them to everyone!!!!!!
National auto plaza in sandy is THEE most amazing car dealership i have ever went too, my family has bought four cars from Ozzie and his partner. They were wonderful people that made my time very worth while. I would recommend everybody to get a car from there. All the employees were wonderful people but i very much enjoyed Ozzie, he gotten everything we needed answered every single question i had and took great care of me. I WILL HAPPILY SAY I AM GREATLY SATISFIED!
The worst! Run to anyone else! I
bought a truck there 4 months ago. They claimed they had done a 200 point inspection (meaning it passed emissions and safety). Whoever passed it didn't notice it had a dead cylinder, two jets that were bad, fouled filters, bald and unbalanced tires, a bad A/C compressor, etc., etc. Fortunately, I bought the extended warranty, which I think is what they sell to dump their bad inventory on the backs of insurance companies. My truck needs a new engine, and the warranty's underwriting company has been deciding what to do for the last 3 weeks. It is a total mess. I am substantially worse off by dealing with NAP. Don't make the same mistake as me!
After much complaining about the lemon they sold me, the NAP solution was to allow me to trade for a different truck. They offered me an older truck with more mileage on it, proposed giving me $2,000 less for my original truck than I had just paid, and charging me $5,000 more for the older truck. With what I paid in warranty (that would be lost) and sales taxes, I would have been $12,000 worse off by accepting their "solution". I asked them repeatedly to un-do the deal and take back their crappy truck. They wouldn't do it. I have never been able to speak with the owners. They hide behind their inept sales staff.
My truck has been in the repair shop for over 3 months of the four that I have owned it. They have let me use a loaner car for 6 days. The warranty company will offer a rental car for a total of 5 days, but it has already taken over 3 weeks to get an approval from underwriting -- and we still don't have it! My truck has been unusable for over 100 days, and the time it did run was in the "limp home mode".
Before I bought the truck, I complained about the tires. They said they would replace 2 of the 4 as part of my sales negotiation. I brought it back the week after the purchase for the tire change (they needed time to find matching tires). They put two used street tires on the back wheels that don't come close to matching the knobby tires on the front. The tread is worse than the ones they replaced!
Avoid dealing with Jake or James. They are spectacularly inept and will do or say anything to make a sale. Shop elsewhere! Anywhere!!! National Auto Plaza is the worst place to buy a vehicle.
