Do NOT use this company!. Having to file a BBB complaint against company because of refusal to repair damages to my vehicle

Complaint Description:

Auto Owners Insurance Co. refusing to pay for damages caused by their client AJ Construction. Sept. 30, Auto Owners Insurance Co.'s client AJ Construction failed to secure a load being driven on I-15 in Utah, mile marker 30, resulting in concrete spacers falling from truck and striking my car and several other vehicles on the road. Auto Owners Ins. is refusing to pay for damages to my vehicle. Photos, videos, and documentation was submitted totaling $2,085.95. Their employee, James Palmer, on Oct. 28, called and offered $300 as a settlement. When I refused the offer, James hung up on me and will not answer any phone calls or emails.

I am seeking Auto Owners Ins. Co to pay the money required to repair my vehicle to the previous state before their their client, AJ Construction, damaged it.
