I really liked working with my sales representative, but my experience fell apart once I got to the finance department. They told me that their extras fees were required when they were not. I went in and had the extra fees cancelled and was told that my loan would be credited within 4-6 weeks, but 8 weeks later I'm still waiting. I called the dealership to check on the status and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and didn't remember anything about my situation. I will never go to this dealership again. If you're in the market for a Mazda, go anywhere but here.

Keith and James were both great to work with. I had been shopping for a new car for over a month and had visited many dealerships. I felt more comfortable and at ease with the guys from Mazda than at any other place. For the first time, I felt as if my interests were most important. My options were explained clearly and were easy for me to understand. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends or family members.
