Situated in the hills above Park City, this posh mountain retreat looks like it belongs in the Swiss Alps, not the Rocky Mountains. The facilities are so luxurious that just spending time in the waiting lounge can be therapeutic. Anyone fond of napping will appreciate the two beds tucked away in secluded nooks. Less sleepy patrons can drink healthful tonics and browse through the book selection. Treatment rooms are equally wonderful.
The Services
The spa's unique objective is to counter the effects of high altitude. Because Utah's sun wreaks havoc on the skin, the spa offers a wide variety of facials, hand-and-foot therapies and body-polishing treatments. If you're serious about skin care, give the award-winning Four-Layer Anti-Aging facial a try. Men should consider the Gentlemen's Skin Conditioning Treatment. Traditional massage therapies and spa treatments are also available. Whatever you choose, you'll be treated like royalty.
