Great Trainers! Peaceful environment!

I've been seeing Lara for personal training. She's great, really listens to my weight loss goals and works with me to attain them. Plus, she's super nice. The facilities are very relaxing yet motivating. There's a great "energy" about the place. It's a very personal, safe, comfortable gym.
