THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT VERY OPENLY RACIST MY NAME IS AVERY IM AFRICAN AMERICAN AND WITNESSED ALOT OF ILLEGALS THAT WORK THERE OVERWORKED AND UNDER PAYED..RUSSEL KIMBALL IS ESPECIALLY RACIST AND IGNORANT IF HE DIED TONIGHT I WOULD PISS ON HIS GRAVE B4 ITS EVEN FINISHED GETTING FILLED THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR OR EVEN PAY TO DO SERVICE WITH IT'S UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT AND ETHICS!!!!!!

Kimball Property Maintenance has been in business for over 25 years and prides itself on our level of integrity and service provided to our clients. Russell Kimball is a man of high integrity and a giving heart. He treats his clients, employees and their families with the highest of respect and bends over backwards to help others in a time of need. When any kind of damage takes place on any of the properties or while driving, Kimball Property Maintenance is the first to admit fault and take action to repair the damage.
Russell Kimball himself has been involved in some of the statements made about this company and their lack of integrity, which leads us to this response:
As a company that is prestigious and prosperous it is important to note that we know when we are being taken advantage of or when the complaint raised is legitimate. Having the foundation of our company be based upon integrity we are more than fair when it comes to instances that we know we are at fault, furthermore reserving the right to protect ourselves from claims that are made falsely.
It is known that disgruntled employees and competitors will say what they may when it comes to the integrity and service of the Kimball Property Maintenance staff and Russell Kimball himself; however, the things said are untrue and wrongfully accusatory.
call some else. watch kimball hit a car in are parking lot they left a ponnd of salt all over the car smashed the read end and said nothing . when asked they denided they did it. call a company besides kimball. other reviews state that they are a dishonest company. Russ kimball is the reason the company has no integrity.
Horrible Driving Hazard: Horrible Customer Service. I have tried to call Kimball Property. The nice lady on the answering machine, nor any other employees have called me back. One of their snow removal trucks was flying down 2100 south in SLC. A chunk of salt came off and slammed my window and cracked it. It is one thing if they are driving normally but this driver was on a rampage and I guess I was in his way. He flew down the freeway, ignored my signal to stop. I Have not heard back from them and it has been a couple of weeks. I wish they were a member of the B B B as they would be handling a much greater complaint. I will be contacting the authorities to take care of it that way. Kimball Properties should take responsibility for their drivers, and if it the owner as was the persons rating below this company is in need of help!
Willing to do whatever it takes. Kimball isn't perfect, but no company is. However, what makes Kimball Property Maintenance my first choice is that they do whatever it takes to make my commercial property look wonderful. I know I can always go to them with problems and they will research it, and fix it as soon as possible. They are a great company to work with to make any landscape beautiful. I also utilize them for snow removal and even though this last winter was insane, my lot was kept cleaner than any other lot around me! And any damage they cause, like a curb or such, they patched in the summer. I would recommend investing in Kimball because they are a full service company, so you don't have to hire many different companies.
Owner berates tenants at rental properties. Here's a story: I had my vehicled damaged while parked at my apartment complex. I noticed the odd place that the damaged had occured and logical placed it to be damage from a snow plow. It had snowed that morning and I remember hearing the plow. It was a Sunday, so I called and left a message with the manager. I was promptly called the following day by the manager and told what course of action was going to be taken. I was to follow-up this claim with the property maintenance company, Kimball Porpety maintenance. One of the assistants from Kimball called me to get my account of what might of happened and where my vehicle was parked; I even supplied pictures of the damage to them. I was told that someone was going to get back to me shortly that day. No one called. I called back two days later and was told that the acct. manager would get back to me that day. No one called. I called the next day. Again, I was told someone would call and if they didn't to call the next morning. No one called. I called the next morning and FINALLY got some ANSWERS. I was told that they weren't in agreement with my findings and that they wouldn't pay for any of the damages. I expressed my disappointment and was directed to the GM of Kimball. The GM was not really any help and said that the OWNER was the one who plowed that lot that morning and he would have the owner, Russ Kimball, give me a call. I had the feeliing I was going to be stuck with this damage and conceded to get it fix myself, $500.00 worth of damages. Later that day my conversation with Mr. Kimball was heated, with him taking the aggressive tone towards me. He said that, I attacked his integrity and was calling him a 'liar'. I simply stated that, the damage my vehicle had incurred was conducive to the blade of a snowplow. He wouldn't even listen to this possibility, saying it was 'impossible', and proceeded to tell me to 'go to hell'. Unless they see themselves do the damage, Kimball PM won't be accountable.
