Best Chinese Food In Utah. Best egg rolls and Pineapple Chicken in town. Believe me, I love Chinese food, and San Sauce is the best. You can even order online, which is awesome.

Yummy Asian Cuisine!. I was driving through Utah in need of authentic Chinese food.

See, My sister lives in Shanghai (hubby's in the military.) After visiting them last winter I got spoiled off of all the delicious, authentic, tastes and spices!

After searching on the Urban Spoon app it was a tough decision judging by reviews and menus on where to go.

After almost giving up, I had a hunch to go to San Sauce. Their egg rolls took me right back! The Pineapple Chicken is heaven. I cannot tell you how amazing their food is! Try it today, you will love it! I hear their delivery is fast and on time too ;)

Check your receipt and count your cash!. The food was average and the service was horrible. I ordered the snowball shrimp takeout for lunch. The lunch Menu was $6.25 including tax and to add a side salad it was $0.50 more. Well I gave the Manager a $20.00 bill and he gave me $10.25 back. I asked for a receipt because I knew the funds he gave me back was insufficient. He said he will give me a receipt when the order was done. I asked him kindly to look over what he charged me. I told him you shorted me. He said sorry and handed me a dollar back without even verifying my order or the receipt to see if it was correct. By him doing this I knew he tried to cheat me on purpose. I told him he was still short. He's excuse was "oh well you order the salad to go so its extra." I told him that is false because on the menu it clearly states $0.50 more for a salad to go. When I said that he had nothing to say. I started to get frustrated and by this time he could tell. So he says let me get out my calculator. I told him don't bother, I have a calculator on my phone and it clearly shows your shorted me. He finally gave me the rest of my money but when doing so he was shacking his head and not one time did he apologize. You can tell he was shaken up a bit because, I caught him in the act of trying to steal from me. When I got my food, I asked him who was the GM? He says he's the owner of the resturant. I couldn't believe it. I'm not sure if he's lying or not, but I was really shocked of his behavior. As I was walking out he finally apologized and said sorry it was a mistake. I told him clearly that was NOT a mistake. My 6 year could tell you that.

Amazing Food, Horrible Delivery Service. The food is amazing but I have to say the delivery service is beyond ridiculous. We ordered at 6:50 pm. We got an email saying our order was complete at 7:17pm. It didn't arrive until 8:12 pm and we live 15 minutes away.This was also on a Tuesday night. To keep my business you will need to improve this drastically.

Best Pineapple Chicken in Town. Wow is this place busy. Always! The food, especially the Pineapple Chicken is the best I have ever had and the price is more than affordable. If you get a chance to say hello Edwin be sure to do so. Gracious man with an outstanding restaurant. I'll be back again and again.

Best Chinese Food Around. I have never had a problem on any of the many occasions that I've been to Sampan. The food is terrific, always brought the the table hot and they are so accomodating when it comes to making sure you food is just how you like it. i.e, less or more spicy, less oil, sauce on the side, no MSG, they even have a variety of foods that are gluten free. Its wonderful!

Not only is the food good, but the service is outstanding! Servers there are unbelievably nice and make you feel so comfortable during your meal.

Sampan has a wonderful atmosphere and I recommend it to everyone! Keep up the good work!!

Best Variety of Asian Cuisine in Utah. I have nothing but nice things to say about this restaurant and the staff. We eat there almost once a week because of the fantastic food, superior service, and wonderful atmosphere. My boyfriend and I are regulars there. I guess the man knows how to keep this woman happy. We even have a favorite waiter who goes by the name of Buu (I think that is how it is spelled). His name is pronounced Boo. Good luck getting him as your waiter though. Everyone requests him. He makes each and every person that he serves feel like royalty. Actually all the staff are fantastic.

The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing for all to enjoy. Yes men, there is a tv for you to keep up on your game and make your gal happy by taking er to a nice place. But in my cause, I enjoy the tv too cause I am a sports buff. It does not give you that sports bar feeling though. The staff are so accomidating it is unreal. They can't do enough to make you feel right at home.

The food is wonderful and they staff is so willing to make sure you have it just the way you like it. They have on more than one occasion made sure it was just what we wanted our meal prepared. One of my favorites is their Pad Thai along with the Thai Tea. Yummy. The food is nice and fresh and perfectly seasonsed.

I will continue to frequent this restaurant for years to come if they promise to keep it just the was it is now.......everything!!!

Great food, great price!. Growing up we use to visit the Sampan on 2100 S. a lot and then we moved out to West Jordan. Thankfully there is one located in Jordan Landing and it's the same great food.

Forget lo mein, ask for the egg noodles. They are very thin and I love taking them home to eat later. They are awesome! Love the cream cheese wontons too. There are so many yummy dishes you can't go wrong. The restaurant is clean and we received great service. Thanks Steve!

Best Place for Chinese. I love Chinese food, and Sampan is my favorite. I especially love their lunch special. For a little over $6 you get an amazing amount of food. You start with a choice of soup or salad, then you get your entree with the choice of several sides and rice. Usually more than it's possible to eat.

Very fast service and the entrees are cooked fresh for each customer. They are very friendly and they remember me each time I go. Not only do they remember me, they remember my seating and food preferences and they even remember my occupation and ask how my job is. I feel very welcome there.

Great Chinese. Great chinese restaurant, fast service and friendly people. Nice seating area and easy menu to read. They have a great selection of americanized chinese food.
