great place. This place was recommended to me by a friend who assured the staff would not try to up-sell with things I didn't need when I was looking for an oil change. Some other places take advantage if it's obvious you don't know much about cars. These people at Big O actually have integrity! I have been going there for a year and a half now, and only once has it been suggested that I purchase something additional (an inexpensive air filter) with my oil change. I have even asked that the car be checked over to see if one thing or another needs replaced, and have been called and told the item was NOT necessary. I'm sold on this place.
