Breadsticks are all they have to offer. Breadtwists are great. Everything else...go to Brick Oven. Poor services...often left hanging when I call to order takeout, always young/distracted staff that are not well trained when dining in, very noisy at lunch with mommy's, babies, and screaming kids.

Tonight I tried to order with a coupon from their breadtwist dot com website. No restrictions on the coupon but they applied several when I tried to order. No thanks.

I went to Brick Oven. You should to.

Highly over rated and horrible not to MENTION a FRANCHISE. Living in Utah i've noticed horrible tasting, mediocre franchises thrive here instead of AWESOME local joints. This review sounds harsh, but this was seriously the WORST food i have EVER had. Me and my boyfriend decided to stop by here due to our own curiosity. We both moved here from New York for college and it was lousy! The service was poor, it took them twenty minutes to greet us and the food was awful. We waited 55 minutes for the pizza my boyfriend ordered and the calzone i ordered only to find out they had gotten our order wrong and we needed to wait MORE. In the end the pizza my boyfriend had was mediocre at best and the calzone i ordered wasn't even a calzone! Its more like a sandwich! The marinara sauce that came with it? Yeah that stunk massively and resembled bean dip with fungus and tasted much much worse. I can call this a disgrace to pizza and all Italian food because i am Italian and have had amazing pizza in my lifetime. The prices were outrageous as well for something so awful!

Don't waste your time here, if you want REAL pizza and REAL Italian that isn't pricey go to Marija Restaurant and pizza in North Salt Lake or Este Pizzeria downtown for New York style pizza. Period.

Pizza Factory, get a frozen one and save the cash!. For the money go to the PIE! I ordered a carry out large. The girl who took my order was good enough to get me the pizza and then didn't place the bread stick order. She was good to leave me the pizza on the counter. She told me it would be a few minutes. She then went home for the night. 15 minutes I had to ask where the rest of the order was? So for 27 dollars I got a pizza that was cold and the box was soo wet from the condensation I nearly lost the pizza on the way out.

What a joke

Really great salad bar. I love their salad bar, and the pasta is so delicious. Of course the breadtwists are good, but the thing to try there is the Never-on Sundae dessert. SOO YUMMY! I crave it almost everyday. The only thing I'd change about the restaurant is that sometimes the service sux. But, that's what you get when high school kids there. Some of them don't know the value of customer service yet.
