Thorough Technician.
I have been using Bret Hart since 1999. I have a baby grande and an upright.
Bret is friendly. He gets right to work and takes the time he needs to be thorough in the tuning.
Nice clear tone and pitch.

Terrible Technician. The keyboard was a random jumble of tinny and clear notes after he was through, and the piano became more out of tune than it was to begin with. Honestly appalled at the ineptitude of service.
