Terrible Staff. I would avoid this doctor/clinic at all costs. They billed my wife and I incorrectly multiple times.

Family Center Vision Clinic. DO go to this office! I am a new patient of Dr. Martin's, and I have to agree with you concerning your assessment of the doctor. However, my experience with the front end staff and lab has been excellent. I felt that they were very knowledgable and honest. I hope all of you who read the earlier review are not discouraged to give Dr. Martin and her staff a chance.

Problems. Do NOT go to this clinic for new glasses. The technicians are incompetent. I had to go back literally five times for five different errors, Dr. Martin is great, very thorough. Have her take care of you and then go somewhere else for your hardware, or you will be sorry, I certainly was. The front desk staff deserves credit for being caught in between.
