Bad Customer Service Day.
Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2002: All I wanted to know from the customer service desk was why a pressure cooker would be considered small electronics and not eligible for a percent off coupon. No explanation forthcoming except, "some things aren't eligible." Neither the brand, nor the item, were excluded in the ad. I was especially impressed when the gentleman "helping" me at cs answered the phone and helped the person on the phone while there were customers in front of him. Not how I learned to handle people in a retail environment.
The clerk was nice when I bought the pressure cooker, and in some ways more helpful than the customer service desk.
Let's not talk about the perfume levels on the main floor. Chemical headaches never help a shopping experience.
