DO NOT GO HERE OR SHOP HERE. The phone they sold me I later found out cost $5 less than a new one at boost mobile and then it broke 3 weeks later. They told they could fix it in 10 minutes but it took them one hour and at that point the tec told me he put the piece in upside down. I left the phone there to be fixed and when I called and they told me it was ready it wasn't. They finally decided to swap it out for another phone. When I got home and started using that phone 3 of the keys wouldn't type. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.!!! the whole time I was there they were rude and talked to me as if I was a huge burden. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND DON'T EVER COME BACK!!!
I enjoyed shopping at Lewis Wireless. Just wanted to say, that I have been to Lewis many times.I've sold my old phones and I have shopped for new and used cell phones. They have a great variety of phones.I like a certain phone, and they had it in like new condition. If you are a creature of habit like me and for some reason need to replace that cell phone that you like so much, but they don't make anymore, chances are Lewis Wireless will have that type of phone, instead of having to order the phone online, you might be able to walk in and get that phone today,Excellant customer service at Lewis Wireless.Thankyou,
COMPLETE RIP OFF. I went into this store with the intention of trading in my smart phone for a more simple phone that i could get a lower priced plan on. First things first, this place looks and smells like a flea market. very dirty, crowded, yeah, unpleasant. The lady i talked to, she had a shitty attitude the entire time i dealt with her, acted like i was bothering her, honestly. the first phone she offered as a trade was a flip phone with a scratched, dirty screen, no camera, no mp3 player, it was basically the cheapest, most basic prepaid phone you can get at wal-mart for 20 bucks. They wanted to do a straight across trade for my phone! I thought she was joking. I told her i didnt want the phone, as it was a piece of junk, she breathed heavily, rolled her eyes, and once again acted like i was a piece of scum that was just ruining her day. the next phone she showed me was better, with a price tag of about 100 bucks. THEY OFFERED ME 20 DOLLARS OFF THE PRICE FOR MY PHONE, A PHONE THEY WERE SELLING FOR 150 DOLLARS. at this point i had had enough and left. DO NOT do business with these guys, they will treat you like crap from the moment you walk in and offer you laughably awful trade in deals. 20 bucks off a purchase for my 150 dollar phone.........right.
