Matt Hansen. Working with Matt was very easy and not stressful. I didn't feel pressured by any means to purchase my car. He did a lot of research with me on the computer, so I didn't have to. He was just easy going and knowledgeable. He also gave me some racks he had for free!

I would recommend going to Strong VW and work with Matt.

Poorest attention to customers I've ever experienced.. I see 32 5-star reviews, but then I read them. Clearly written by shills and staff members. Check Yelp for the truth.

I showed up for a 7:30 am appointment. The guy at the service desk didn't acknowledge either me or the other customer waiting outside. After about 5 minutes, I went to the door, which I found to be locked. The guy at the service desk looked at me briefly and then went back to typing on a computer. I waited another minute or so, then left.

It's clear that owner Brad Strong is only in the business of selling cars, not providing any sort of ongoing service. I'll go elsewhere.

The Best. The main reason I buy VW's is because I know Strong VW is going to service them. In almost 10 years, i've never had a bad experience there. I bought 4 cars from them already, 2 brand new and 2 pre certified and they are great from sales to service. Every time i have a concern, Chip Bryson on service has it fixed. He understand and translate the owners questions into Mechanichis language perfectly!

We just bought a 2007 Passat with Rod and we could not be happier with all the support he gave us.

Congrats to VW Strong for doing something almost impossible. To make people love their dealership!

Best deal and best Service!. After getting the good old run-around at a couple of the "other" VW stores/dealerships in the area (not to mention names), I emailed in to Strong's VW and got connected up with Eric, who's the best sales guy I've ever met! He had a Touareg himself, and so he understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't try and "push" me into the wrong rig. He gets my thumbs-up! A great experience at strong's - recommended!!!!

best dealership ever!!!!!!. We have had alot of painful experiences when it comes to buying a car. So when we settled on getting a VW we called Strong VW. We delt with Larry Cutolo and he was amazing!!!!!! When we got to Strong the car we wanted was pulled out front and ready to go. When it came to paper work Larry made everything suit our needs. He even called the next day to make sure we still loved it. i highly recomend Larry to anyone who goes to strong.

Excellent experience and customer service. It was a marathon day for me at Strong VW and Greg B., my salesperson stuck through it thick and thin with me. He had 2 other customers come in to work with him during the six+ hours I was there. He approached them and then returned to work with me! It was a busy Saturday and I got there early.

These folks are pros- treat you wonderfully meaning, they really listen to you and speak regularly to you and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I went alone, I am a female, and it was a positive experience.

Have been driving some luxury german cars the past 11 years and now have to move into a standard car...my VW JETTA S is the way to go for me. It drives like it could race on the Autobahn and has the German engineering of reliability and safety!

Greg patiently was there and gave me space when I needed to decide between a Jetta TDI and a Jetta S. I had a goal of driving home with a new car and that is what I did thanks to Strong VW!

I am in a lease program and look forward to upgrading to another VW model with Strong when the time is right.

The finance team is also easy to work with Mike F & Mike were approachable and patient.

Larry Cutolo!!!. Although we didn't end up buying a car at Strong VW, we would like to comment on the dealership and it's staff. Particularly Larry Cutolo. Larry was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, kind, courteous and generous with his time. He went over and above for us and helped us out as much as he could with our credit situation and ended up giving us a good education on the credit industry. Most people think car salesmen can be scum of the earth but as far as we can tell, Larry was genuine all the way. The rest of the staff was also excellent but we want to call out Larry on his work ethic and the time he spent with us. We strongly recommend Larry and Strong VW to anyone who is looking for a good car and good people to deal with.

amazing dealership!! Thanks Ricco, Greg, Shad and Mike Smith. Strong VDub is a great dealership. They took awesome care of me, made sure that all of my expectations were not only taken care of but surpassed. I will most defiantly purchase another car from them in the future!! Ricco, Greg, Mike Smith, and Shad had answers to all of my questions and made my first time car-buying experience amazing and stress free. They hooked it up big time not only on the price of my sassy 2011 Jetta SE with convince, but they made sure to offer great customer service (I didnt leave hungry... all Im gonna say). I had a great time there and would recommend it to anyone! Make sure to ask for Greg or Ricco though, they are the topnotch down to earth salesman you never thought existed. I LOVE STRONG VW!! Im sure you'll leave there happy too!

Such a Great Experience- Thanks Ricco!!. I first went to Strong back in November when I wanted to buy a used Jetta or Passatt. I was immediately impressed when my salesman Ricco approached my boyfriend and I. It was very late at night so he suggested that we come back the next morning so that we could "Have some fun". We did just that. Ricco took us out to test drive a few of the used cars on the lot and he literally showed me the reasons that the VW brand is so amazing. He took us all around and gave me the most fun that a test drive had to offer. I unfortunately had to postpone my buying until May where I went straight back to him for help. He remembered me and greeted me with such kindness. He worked with me all day until I had the car that was just what I wanted in the price range that fit for me. He is the man to go to! Overall, this is the place to go if you want a great car from the most awesome staff that really knows their stuff....THANKS RICCO!

Strong VW Salt Lake City was great!. From the minute we got to Strong VW we had a great experience. Our salesperson, Michael Hardink, was friendly and helpful, and we never felt pressure to buy, nor did we feel like we were just being told what we wanted to hear. After shopping at several other dealerships, and feeling warn out from the haggling process at these other locations, we came back to Strong and found a Used Jetta, which was perfect for us.

Because it was such a big purchase, we had several concerns, and Michael and the sales manager, Shad Smith, were wonderful at addressing any concerns in a professional and helpful way. We happened to be in on a Saturday morning, and they were extremely busy. While we were waiting we would see Shad actually run past to try and help other customers, and then run back over to us, but then still sit down and make sure we were happy with our car. We had a few requests prior to buying the car, and they were more than happy to make it work, and make sure we drove away happy.

I would highly recommend both the cars and the staff at Strong VW simply based off of their own merit, but I would especially recommend them after having dealt with other dealerships in the valley (including their competitors out at Southtowne)
