Dishonest, charge way too much. Whirlpool Duet drain pump went out 1 year after purchasing from RCWilley. It was 30 days out of warranty so they recommended ASI and I called them and told them that my washer needed a new drain pump. They guy came out, told me it would take 2 days to order and that he would schedule me in to replace it then. When I didn't hear back, I called in and was told they couldn't come out for another 4 days. After telling them I wouldn't wait that long (we have a family of 5 and a LOT of laundry) they finally agreed to come out that day. When he did come and replace the pump, they charged me $155 for a part that I could order online for $50 or that another repair company would charge me $80 for. Called them on it and they said that was the price their parts distributor charged them. If that's the case, they are being ripped off on their parts and should get a new distributor. Save your money and call someone else. These people are dishonest and rude.

Installation caused major flood, negligent. Livid. I had a Whirlpool Dishwasher that I purchased from RC Willey in July installed. The installer did not follow Whirlpool's manual requirements.
